About Me
Hello and welcome. I am honored and excited to accompany you in your journey to a lil’ bit of bliss and wellness.
But first, a lil’ bit about me:
Having never set foot in Colorado, I moved to Summit County just over four years ago with my then boyfriend (now fiancé!), Ryan. Prior to that, I lived in California for six years where I went to school and began to fall in love with my yoga practice. Although flow-based classes were gratifying and felt good in my body, I found that my nervous system craved the restorative aspect of the practice more, and yin yoga and yoga nidra felt like something magical (and something that is my favorite modality to guide now).
After taking my 200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Thrive Yoga Summit, I still felt called towards facilitating the slower classes and feel so grateful to be able to hold space for students to soften and relax into themselves. With over 250 hours of yoga asana classes under my belt, as well as a certification in sound healing and trauma informed breath coaching, I feel confident that there is something in the yoga realm that I could provide guidance in.
I have also been instructing group dance classes (specifically pole and chair dancing) for the last 3 years. Pole dancing has become one of my favorite outlets, both physically and artisically, and it has helped me become more confident in myself and my femininity.
My goal as a wellness facilitator, and an overall human being, is to provide a space people to show up exactly as they are, as they discover new aspects of themselves. And hopefully, they find a lil’ bit of bliss along the way ;)
